Just a brief note to pass on my sincere appreciation for the recent prompt and efficient delivery of my worktop. Until your intervention my project was in danger of being severely delayed due to the apparent lack of availability of non standard widths of worktops. Your competitors all quoted a lead time of up to six weeks so I was delighted when you were so helpful on the phone and able to act so quickly to secure a surface on my behalf. My builder had installed the worktop and it looks great, my wife is delighted so thanks again. Please also pass on my thanks to your friendly, courteous and helpful delivery driver.

Hi, You may remember our recent order for some Getalit worktops to be delivered to Bishop Sutton in Bristol. Well, we just felt that we would like to drop you an email to let you know how impressed we are with the service shown to us by yourselves. I struggled to get these worktops locally in the timeframe I was given, but then found you on an internet search. I was initially a bit concerned about the distance, but despite this, you promised to deliver promptly, and did so on the day specified which was very reassuring.
It seems rare nowadays to find very good service so we think credit should be given when it's due. I have also just recommended you to a colleague who is looking for worksurfaces!

It is not often you come across a company with such exceptional service and reasonable prices. So reasonable in fact that my fitter has taken your number and plans to use you in future as your prices were better than his current supplier (a large national firm)!
