Heat Reflective Tape and Heat Reflective Sheet are now available from John Porter Worktops. Self Adhesive Heat Reflective Tape is fitted around the cut-out for a gas or electric hob. This protects the chipboard core from the heat of the hob. Heat Reflective Sheet is fitted to the underside of a workop or breakfast bar where there is a wet appliance underneath i.e dishwasher, washing machine, washer drier or tumble drier. Moisture will condense onto and evaporate from the sheet rather than the underside of the worktop therefore preventing moisture damage.
