Axiom laminate kitchen upstands
Axiom laminate kitchen upstands are the second most popular brand sold in the UK. The Axiom brand is owned by the Formica® company.
Delivery is £35 to most parts of the UK. Lead time for these upstands is around three to five days. Please telephone us with your postcode for availability, or for delivery quotation if you are out of our standard delivery area.
The upstands are curved on the top edge; they are 3000mm long, 20mm thick and 100mm high.
They are fitted to the kitchen wall using silicone sealant which also seals the joint between the upstand and the worktop or breakfast bar.
Each upstand colour has a unique finish and identification code. The suffixes are as follows:-
AB61 gloss finish CR is the popular crystal (textured) finish. AHD honed finish is a semi matt finish that emulates honed (rough finish) slate. AET etchings finish has a sheen and pitted effect to emulate a granite finish.
LUS Lustre, a new and unique texture, captures the translucent effect of quartz particles found in natural stone. RW Riverwash offers the ultimate look and feel of naturally washed stone. FW Finewood is a woodgrain effect finish.
