Upstands designed to be fitted at the back of worktops or breakfast bars
Kitchen upstands are designed to be fitted at the back of worktops or breakfast bars as a finishing feature. Ceramic tiles can still be fitted above the upstand. The worktop upstands also cover any small expansion gap between the worktop and wall. These upstands are available in laminate, wooden, granite or solid surfacing. Laminate upstands are the most popular and cost-effective solution. Granite upstands perfectly compliment granite worktops or breakfast bars without going to the expense of granite splashbacks.
