Vacancy for Full Time Sales Administrator/Customer Advisor with immediate start

Enthusiastic sales administrator required for busy sales office, good communication skills, friendly and clear telephone manner, excellent general PC and data entry skills, no accounting skills required.

Involves advising customers, taking customer orders and credit card details over telephone and placing orders, emailing confirmations, sending samples to customers etc.

• Some cold calling may occasionally be involved.
• Kitchen fitting and/or DIY experience preferable.
• Ability to read simple drawings would be an advantage.
• Full training given.
